Last updated: June 4, 2026

This policy describes how Illigent InfoTech, LLC collects and uses information when you visit illigent.pro or contact us. This is a general policy for a small MSP website—consult your attorney for binding legal advice.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number, service interest, and message. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and provide services you request.

We may collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, referrer, browser type) through Vercel Web Analytics if enabled. We do not sell personal information.

How we use information

Contact form data is used to communicate with you, schedule consultations, and deliver managed IT or project services. Email delivery is processed through Resend. If configured, form data may also be sent to an internal webhook (e.g., CRM or automation tool) you authorize as part of our operations.

Data retention

We retain contact inquiries as long as needed for business correspondence and client records. You may request deletion of non-client inquiry data by emailing ed@illigent.pro.

Cookies and analytics

Our site may use cookies or similar technologies through Vercel Analytics and hosting infrastructure. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Third parties

We use trusted providers for hosting (Vercel), email (Resend), and optional analytics. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and our agreements with them.
